- evidence of the candidate’s identity translated into French or in English (Birth certificate or certified copy of their passport or identity card).
- copies of degree certificates and University results from the last 2 years of study translated into French or in English
- a CV (Curriculum Vitae)
- a reference letter (from a university lecturer or, if the candidate has professional experience, from one of their employers) to be written freehand or uploaded onto the Universa website
- 2 identity photographs with the candidate’s name on the back
- the official score sheet for an English test (except for native English speaking candidates and/or those having studied at an English-language University).

Make sure that you take the Tage-Mage test before June, 30th, 2008: this test is organised by Universa among other organisations.

• Option 1: if you choose to take this test via another organisation, indicate the date and location of the test on the Universa application form. Universa will obtain your score from the organisers. NB. the application fees remain constant regardless of how you take the test.
• Option 2: if you wish to take this test through Universa, please make a note of this on your application form and Universa will organise the test in your country.

Once you have applied, you will receive an invitation to an interview session (and to the Tage-Mage test if applicable) by email: print the document(s) for presentation on interview day along with proof of your identity.

As soon as your application file is complete (test and interview score available, accompanying documents and application fees paid) the Universa panel will make their decision (admission to one or several schools possible) and inform you of the result by email. Admission panels are organised in November, February, April, June and July: immediately after each panel has met, admission decisions will be sent by email to the candidates concerned. Your admission letter will allow you to apply for your visa.

In the event of multiple admissions, you will have time to decide which school you would most like to join.

Following your choice, the School in question will contact you. In order to confirm your attendance, you must forward a cheque to that School for your first term’s fees of 2,000 euros. Term will begin in September.
