Profile required The Universa selection procedure is open to French or International candidates with (or expecting to be awarded in 2008) a non-French degree:
- certifying at least 3 years of higher-education studies (in any subject) of which 2 years must have been outside France.
- or certifying 2 years of higher-education study abroad (in any subject). In this case candidates must provide evidence of at least 3 years of professional experience, in France or abroad, in the management field.
Candidates must also:
- be under 30 years old
- demonstrate a good level of English*
* A score for an English test is required except for native English speakers, for candidates with a GMAT score, or for candidates having studied at an English-language University.
Selection procedure
- For candidates intending to follow the programme in French1: Tage-Mage test and interview in French
- For candidates intending to follow the programme in English2: GMAT test and interview in English
1. In the event of admission, the candidate can follow the programme in English, provided that they demonstrate a good level of English and with the agreement of the School in question 2. NB The candidate must choose between taking the selection tests in English or in French. It is not possible to apply for both the programme in English and the programme in French.

- by 30th March 2008 for the programme in French (or 30Th May 2008 for candidates already in possession of a Tage-Mage test score)

Confirmation of application The application fees (160€) cover administrative costs incurred by Universa and our seven Grandes Ecoles partner Schools*. The fees provide access to the selection tests, and must reach Universa:
- by 30th March 2008 for the programme in French (or 30Th May 2008 for candidates already in possession of a Tage-Mage test score)
- by 30th May 2008 for the programme in English
Candidates can pay the application fees (for the seven Schools):

Application becomes definitive only after the application fees have been received. The application fees remain the property of Universa regardless of the decision of the selection panel. Universa will also retain the fees in the event of the candidate cancelling their application for any reason.
* Lebanese candidates cannot apply to either Rouen School of Management or Reims Management School as these Schools have a specific agreement with ESA Beirut. When Lebanese candidates apply to Universa, the 160 euros will cover application only for Bordeaux School of Management, Euromed Marseille School of Management, ICN Business School, Toulouse Business School, ESCEM School of Business and Management Tours-Poitiers.
3. Send your accompanying documents by 30th June 2008 The following documents must be sent by 30th June 2008 to: Ecricome – Inscription Universa – 23 rue Louis Le Grand – 75002 Paris – France
- evidence of the candidate’s identity translated into French or in English (Birth certificate or certified copy of their passport or identity card).
- copies of degree certificates and University results from the last 2 years of study translated into French or in English
- a CV (Curriculum Vitae)
- a reference letter (from a university lecturer or, if the candidate has professional experience, from one of their employers) to be written freehand or uploaded onto the Universa website
- 2 identity photographs with the candidate’s name on the back
- the official written test score sheet
- The GMAT score can be sent directly to Universa provided that the candidate has marked the Universa code on test day: M5P6V64
- The Tage-Mage test score will be sent to Universa automatically, regardless of the test’s organising institution.
