Presentation
The interview is led by a panel responsible for evaluating the candidate’s profile and their aptitude for an international career in management. This oral test of 30 minutes will be held in French or in English at a convenient location selected by Universa from its worldwide network.
Preparation
In preparation for this stage, candidates are invited to fill in an interview questionnaire. This questionnaire should be completed in advance and handed-in to the panel at the beginning of the interview, where it will be used as a basis for discussion.
Notification
An invitation to interview is sent to the candidate by email as soon as the application fees have been received. An early application will ensure your interview’s organisation proceeds smoothly.
