  GMAT written test

Universa candidates must provide a score from one of the following written tests:
  • GMAT, Graduate Management Admission Test
  • or Tage-Mage, Test of aptitude for management studies.

When to choose the GMAT test (rather than the Tage-Mage)?
The GMAT test caters for those candidates (French or otherwise) who have a good command of the English language. In the event of admission, a candidate having chosen this test will follow the Master of Science in Management programme in English, with the possibility of studying certain courses in French and of following beginner's courses in the French language and French culture.

What does the GMAT test consist of?
The GMAT is computer-based (Computer-Adaptive Test) and administered entirely in English. It makes no evaluation of the candidate’s knowledge of world affairs, nor of subjective qualities such as motivation or creativity. The GMAT consists of three parts:
  • Analytical Writing Assessment / Time: 60 minutes / Format: 2 essays (30 minutes each) / Subjects tested: Writing, grammar, analytical reasoning
  • Mathematical Section / Time: 75 minutes / Format: maximum of 37 questions / Subject tested: Mathematics
  • Verbal Section / Time: 75 minutes / Format: 41 questions maximum / Subjects tested: reading, grammar, analytical reasoning
